Petrie Richardson Ventures

Selecting Prime Sites

Our premier sites are chosen after a thorough review to determine the best use of the property. We make sure the project meets market demand as well as the long-term needs of the local community.

Involving the Community Early

We ensure each development will enhance the community it serves by including local leaders, elected officials, and appropriate government representatives early in the development process.

Captivating Consumers with Retail Stars

We understand what consumers want, and we perform an exhaustive analysis that leads to an unparalleled customer experience. Our team works with successful retailers to create a complementary tenant mix with a dynamic lifestyle destination.

Choosing the Right Experts

We select the most qualified, imaginative and experienced consultants to help create our premier properties, including, but not limited to, architects, land planners, traffic engineers, environmental specialists, attorneys, brokers and contractors.
Our senior leadership team has deep experience with America’s leading real estate enterprises, architectural, engineering and construction firms, national retailers, and in government and community relations. With an accountable team and less bureaucracy, we can deliver faster responses and results for all of our services: Leasing, Development and Property Management.

Involving the Community

Petrie Richardson properties are special gathering places that become integral to the fabric of community life. This comes from being both responsive and responsible throughout the development process as we partner with local areas and their communities.

We involve and engage community leaders and government representatives at the earliest stages of development. We meet often, we listen, and we follow through on the good ideas that develop through the dialogue.

Caring About the Environment

Being environmentally aware is a priority. We preserve sensitive areas whenever possible, utilize state-of-the-art stormwater management technologies, introduce greenscapes, and incorporate attractive features such as fountains and promenades that enhance the beauty and long-term value of the property.

At Petrie Richardson Ventures, we also give back to the communities we serve by supporting various deserving educational, environmental and healthcare programs and providers.
